Medicare

Clients may be eligible for Medicare rebates through a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), which can be obtained by visiting your GP, paediatrician, or psychiatrist. This plan allows access to a rebate for a set number of psychology sessions each calendar year. At Tim Dansie Psychology, we can process Medicare rebates on your behalf at the time of your appointment, making the process simple and efficient. Please note that we do not process private health insurance claims.

NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)

For clients accessing services through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), we support both self-managed and plan-managed participants. Self-managed clients are invoiced directly and can claim back through the NDIS portal, while plan-managed clients have invoices sent to their plan manager for processing and payment. Please note that a copy of your NDIS plan approval is required prior to the commencement of services to ensure appropriate funding and supports are in place.
